I just can't stop making these weird little dog portraits!

First Argyle Poodle, and then Henry F. Pugginson-- and now, Penny Welsh. I based Penny off the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and used the photos from here (face) and here (other details) for reference.

I went with a 1950's look including-- Cat Eye glasses.

Time: Approximately 45 minutes. I recorded this and sped it up to fit a time of about 8 minutes.
